Baking Instruction - Egg Free Vanilla Sponge (Popular)

Mix 1000g Water 500g Oil 100g Wshik

STEP 1 PREPARATIONS: Preheat oven to 160°C - 180°C. Grease side & bottom of the pan or use parchment paper.

STEP 2 MIXING : Blend Smart Mix Eggless Vanilla Premix and water at low speed until mixed well 1-2 mins. Scrape sides of the bowl and mix at high speed for 3-5 mins. Scrape the batter, add oil, and mix at low speed for 1 min.

STEP 3 BAKING: Bake at 160°C -180°C for 35-40 mins. Do not overbake. Check till toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Ingredients: Refined Wheat Flour, Sugar, Milk Solids, Modified Starch (INS 1442), Acidity Regulator INS 500 (ii), Dextrose, lodised Salt, Emulsifiers and Stabilizers (INS 415, INS 471, INS 475). Natural and Artificial Vanilla Flavouring Substances. CONTAINS WHEAT GLUTEN & MILK
